Order confirmation

Orders placed through this website via WhatsApp are inquiries, not confirmed transactions. An order is only confirmed once our sales team has verified product availability, final pricing, and payment with you directly. No payment is collected through this website.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before production or dispatch begins by contacting our team directly — +91 90741 45962, WhatsApp, or kerala@redmoments.in.
• Once an order has moved into production (particularly for custom-branded or personalized items) or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• For standard, non-customized stock items not yet dispatched, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Returns, exchanges & damage

• Custom-branded, personalized, or made-to-order products (engraved items, logo-printed gifts, and similar) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong item, or branding different from what was approved).
• For standard stock items, please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damage, defect, or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery to kerala@redmoments.in or +91 90741 45962, with photos of the issue.
• Damage that occurs in transit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis; where the courier or logistics provider is at fault, we will work with you toward a resolution but cannot guarantee automatic replacement or refund in all cases.
• We reserve the right to request the item back (at our cost) before processing any replacement or refund.

Refunds

• Since payment is arranged directly with our sales team (not through this website), any approved refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction, within a reasonable timeframe agreed with you.
• If an order is cancelled by us — for example due to stock unavailability after confirmation — any advance paid will be refunded in full.

Order cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or inability to fulfill customization requirements. If any payment was already made in such cases, it will be refunded in full.
